- Live Load Waiting Time - We allow you 30
minutes to load a roll-off container. And 1 hour to load a 100 yard trailer. Additional hours
of wait time are billed at $95.00 per hour.
- Extra Time – Our dumpsters are rented
for one week. Additional weeks are billed at $25.00 per week. Our 100 yard trailers are rented by the day at $100 per day.
- Overweight – All of our containers
are sold with prescribed weight limits. For example, a 30-yard
container is afforded 5 tons. We will bill over weights on the
pick-up.
- Non-C&D material – Our C&D
dumpsters are rented assuming a C&D dumping price. C&D
is defined as wood, shingles, plaster, roofing, tile, metal
and fencing. Rejected loads are billed at the Trash rate. The Trash
Municipal Solid Waste price applies to such things as lead batteries,
leaves, tires, hospital waste, mattresses, clothing, furniture,
plastics, carpet, sheetrock and household items.
- Additional Charges - Mattresses, air conditioners,
refrigerator/freezers, televisions, tires. Prices vary between
$25 and $75
per item.
- Missed Delivery - We make every effort to
be prompt and on-time for deliveries and pick-ups. We reserve
the right to bill for missed delivery, swap or pick-up based
on such things as the customer not being ready for our service,
entrances blocked by vehicles and dangerous situations where
our equipment has been moved since we placed it on site.
